Update: 2021-Dec-01 by Random new user who just found an error, and is unsure how best to fix it (so hope this helps!)...
As mentioned above, this page has been moved to the AppleScript Syntax Category page, which (and please correct this if I'm mistaken) I believe can be found here:
And from the Link that says AppleScript Library under the Categories drop-down at the bottom of this Page, which is also named AppleScript Library, that is available from the sidebar.
However, if you replace the word library in the above URL you also get this page:
